Security Guards at the Tortoise Rock Casino and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies working out of the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station opened a can of worms on the night of April 23 that is likely to be soldered shut once again with the arrest of 25-year-old Kyler Wiggens, Jr. on a open display of a firearm charge.
