San Bernardino 7th Ward Councilwoman Treasure Ortiz this afternoon was acquitted on a charge of unlawfully recording her August 15, 2024 conversation with the president of the San Bernardino Police Officers Association but convicted of a similar charge relating to her use of her cellphone to electronically memorialize another conversation she had with San Bernardino Police Chief Darren Goodman two weeks later, on August 29, 2024.
